Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must meet these requirements:
- Be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Not be part of our final sale items (these are clearly marked on product pages).
- Be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please Note: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds
After inspection and approval of your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to inspect all items before they are shipped. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please:

We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost in these cases.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges for the same item as long as it is in unused condition and returned within 30 days. Please follow the return procedure above and once we receive the item back, we will send your exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel and swimwear unless unworn and with tags attached
Final Sale Items
Certain products are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly indicated on the product pages.
Cancellation Policy
